I currently am in-network with Highmark/BlueCross BlueShield.  Before your first appointment please contact your insurance to find out if you have a copay or need any type of authorization. 

If you have an insurance plan that I am not in-network with I can provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. 

I also offer a sliding scale form of payment in which we can negotiate a fee if finances are strained or if you are a student.
